Kim is an excellent mediator. My X and I were unable to say one civil word to each other when Kim got involved. I can't truthfully say we are much beyond that point now, but Kim was able to get us speaking rationally enough that we agree on and finalize our divorce. Kim is very fair and understanding, she is a great listener when she needs to be. She also knows when and how to intervene with a word or by taking one or other of us aside and being honest telling us when we needed to be told 'you're being stupid on this'. I'm not saying this because everything went the way I would have wanted. Both bring a meaningful, considerate, thoughtful, kind and peaceful approach to settling disputes and disagreements.

Please do not use this service. It is a waste of money. I am sure Kim is a decent human but as a mediator the services fall extremely short. Time and money wasted. Too much fluff. An honest person would have had the decency to admit the situation was beyond their ability.
