I had a wonderful experience using Lyndon at Block's Agencies for a WETT inspection of my woodstove and chimney upgrade. Lyndon was very generous with his time in offering to answer questions and review photographs in the days leading up to the inspection date. He was patient, approachable and encouraging, and I am pleased to say has succeeded in helping me to insure my home. I will be sure to refer friends and family to Lyndon's insurance agency.

This was an amazing experience. We literally called this person the day before we were supposed to take possession of a new property where we were unable to get the insurance coverage in time from other agencies (was a tear down cabin). I am not exaggerating when I say that he arranged and confirmed insurance coverage within 90 minutes of being contacted! I am utterly impressed. He saved us a lot of hassle, time, and money! He was easy to work with, quick, and knew what he was doing.

We switched to Blocks this summer. Amy was super fast, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. She found the best options for us and explained everything so we understood all the information. Great service!
1) I asked Chris to put my home insurance to market and he saved me over $200 per year on my policy. Which was great.
2) But it gets better: he recommended home systems coverage (which I almost declined because I was being cheap and wanted to save the $79 per year) but the fact that we kept it really saved our bacon this winter when our furnace broke down and we got hit with a $3000+ bill (parts/labour/temporary heat/after hours service call etc.) but only had to pay the $500 deductible!

Historically, I’ve looked at the Insurance business as a somewhat commoditized business and frankly, an industry that could care less about me. I was referred to Lyndon from Block Agencies and was absolutely impressed and quite honestly, sincerely grateful for having been able to connect with Lyndon. I was impressed by the incredible level of care and left feeling valued, informed, protected and confident. Lyndon did an incredible job of ‘decommoditizing the commodity’ and kept the fundamental needs of my family central to our discussion.
