Pam is an incredibly knowledgeable holistic healer! Reiki sessions with Pam have helped me find a calm within my nervous system that has had a positive impact on my focus, intention, and feeling grounded. She also has a beautiful voice for guiding divinely relaxing yoga classes. Can't recommend enough! <3

Amazing service if you are looking for a spiritual wellness experience. Pam has so many skills and so much knowledge and uses her intuition to make your session feel personalized and meaningful. Loved getting an Oracle reading at the end of today’s session. Such a nice finish. Would definitely recommend Reiki or any of her relaxation offerings.

Highly recommended!! I’ve been a member of Meridian Health & Wellness for many years now and cannot say enough about Pam and her ability to connect with her clients. I’ve been hooked on her Yin Yoga classes since the very first one. Her voice is hypnotic, her speed is just perfect, and I sleep like a baby after every class. Her reiki sessions ( especially the reiki + ) are something everyone should experience. There is no doubt she was born to do what she is doing!

I’ve been working with Pam since October 2022. I’ve joined her nidra, reiki, yin, breathing, and vision board session. I truly enjoy the work, process and friendship we’ve built.
