While fueling up, I had a small spill and went to use the Spill Absorbent Safety Station. When I opened it, I was shocked to find it full of trash—plastic bags, empty cans, and even a jug. There was no absorbent material inside. This is a serious safety risk at a gas station.

One of the staff members, a guy wearing a turban, was working nearby at the time. He didn’t see me, but it’s clear that no one had checked or maintained the safety station. This shows poor training and careless management. Safety stations are not garbage bins — they should always be stocked and ready in case of an emergency. This kind of negligence can lead to dangerous situations.

It’s frustrating when businesses try to take advantage of kids. Mine went in to grab a slushie during a “$2 any size” promo, but there were no cups available in the advertised size. When they asked, they were told to use Big Gulp cups instead—and that it would cost more. When they asked how much, the clerk said $3.

I had only sent them in with $5, so they came out to ask for more money. That raised a red flag, so I went in with them and asked directly how much the slushie would cost without the right cups. Suddenly, the price dropped to $2.24 with tax.

Clearly, they were just trying to overcharge the kids. Not okay.

They never label the slush machines correctly, more than likely the pop fountain too. So if you want a slush, don't bother coming here, go across the street or pick one up in Penticton or Osoyoos.

One month update, nothing has changed. They however did charge me full price for a slush on a refill for a fountain drink.

I use to love the chicken, I just look to see if anyone else had the same experience, but so far just me đŸ„ș I didn't care that the price went up, understandable with PM. But I had blood on every piece, wing and pieces. It's like they don't care no more. I may try again but won't spend as much till they pick up the cooking again. Please care fir your food.

Your staff Is fantastic! This review is regarding your chicken wings. I moved to Osoyoos one year ago. I don’t shop 711 here. I come to Oliver for the chicken wings. so much so that I used to take at least three trips a week in for your chicken wings. No exaggeration, company would come and I’d come in and buy 4 to 6 dozen wings describing them as gourmet.
When first introduced these wings were 12 for $10 beautiful big fat juicy crispy wings. OK I understand introductory pricing. So pricing goes up one dollar each still decent value I continued to visit the store 2 to 3 times a week minimum purchase two dozen wings, one dozen of your lemon pepper and one dozen of honey garlic.
Couple of months ago my trips in weren’t nearly as frequent after a couple times going in and finding your wings had gotten significantly if not more than half the size for of course a dollar. Depending on who was serving I had mentioned the sizes and one or two of your staff acknowledged and made sure that I got my value thank you.
I’m now sad to announce that yesterday in picking up my two dozen I will probably no longer visit your store because not only were they teeny tiny little I can’t even call them chicken wings but the quality has gone out the window as well not crispy but mushy.
It’s sad because not even gas prices kept me from those wings đŸ„Č

Stopped for gas, asked to use the restroom, staff was nice BUT I was disgusted when I opened the door to the restroom as room was FILTHY ..the grime on the floors would need to be sandblasted to clean,I’m sure. Cringeworthy, indeed.

Just got told to leave the store because I had no shirt on. I feel as if because I have more meat on my bones that this short Asian women felt offended and told me to leave immediately. They have the right to refuse but do they have the right to discriminate. I was simply pouring my drink since i was hot as it's 24 degrees out here. I came back in after getting on a shirt. My gf and I talked about how unbelievable that they still do that this day and age right in front of the manager marla. She just stood there with her back turned until we were done bitching about it and that was it. She could clearly hear but couldn't speak up and justify her actions. It's not even like I'm trying to free my man nipples they are already free. Maybe that's why they are so mad.

The pump I used didn't print out a receipt two different times after I had selected "Yes" I want a receipt. I had to go inside the store to get a fuel receipt but the staff were friendly, helpful and quick. Thank you
